Waking up in the desert...This was one of the first times I had ever camped out in the desert, and it was incredible. The moon was so bright, and the landscape so rugged. I think I was starting to understand why Carlo Carretto says, "The desert is always the same, the sky is always beautiful, the road deserted. What else can I say? The only this which is always new is God."...
