Leaving San Antonio, we cross the border at Laredo, and drove south towards the town of Bustamante. We had only heard of Bustamante from Doug Graber-Neufeld and only had seen it on one map in an old atlas, so with the combination of a little luck and asking numerous Mexicans where this place was, we eventually arrived late in the afternoon. We followed signs to this place called Grutas de Bustamante, and decided to spend the night.
